Click the "Start" menu icon located on the bottom left side of your Windows 7 toolbar. Type "services.msc" (without quotes) into the search box located on the bottom of the start menu and press enter using your keyboard. Click the "Services" program icon displayed on top of the start menu.
Scroll through the list and double-click the "Print Spooler" service. Click on the "Stop" button followed by the "Start" button displayed on the print spooler properties dialog box.
